Privacy

The IEPA respects the privacy of its members. It is necessary to collect information from members for contact purposes and to share with all members certain non-identifying information, e.g., the global location of our members, the range of disciplines, and the years of membership.

The IEPA also uses this information to keep members up to date on IEPA initiatives including conferences, publications, and other services; changes to the organizational structure, the annual General Meeting elections, and a range of secretariat functions.

To assist in these tasks the IEPA may, from time to time, provide a list of members and details to a mailing house, a professional conference organizer, or similar organizations. All of these groups are under strict instruction that the information is not to be used for any other purposes, copied, or circulated.

The IEPA retains details including name, address, and other contact details of those who have expressed interest in attending an IEPA event, or those who have attended an IEPA event, but who are not yet members. This information is used strictly within the IEPA to provide information to individuals about IEPA initiatives including conferences, publications and other services.

IEPA events include lists of delegates. If you do not want your information included you must advise the Secretariat no less than 30 days prior to the event.

The IEPA does not sell any of the lists it maintains. The IEPA does not provide these lists to any other organization, including sponsors.

Questions about the IEPA privacy policy should be directed to the IEPA Secretariat, email secretariat@iepa.org.au.
